Why do I get a certificate mismatch when using RD Gateway?
I have configured Remote App, RD Web, RD Gateway so that users can connect to a MS Access Remote App via RD Web/ RD Gateway. The correct certificate is installed in the RD gateway but for some reason
before RD Gateway connects to the Remote App it is recognizing a certificate that is in the certificate store but not configured to the RD gateway. Message = "The identify of the remote computer cannot be verified..." Underneath is the certificate name which is the default certificate that came with the OS installation. Its identifying the wrong certificate. This is not the certificate that I configured for RD Gateway. I used a certificate signed by DigiCert. Makes no sense to me. Any ideas?

If the time stamps are not in sync, this could cause this problem.

My bad, I assumed you already had this working before the error.
(Often times a bad time stamp, or a mismatched timestamp will throw a similar error when connecting)
