Writing an ADM - GPO No Sound

Please can someone help me with this ADM file I am trying to write?
I am looking to use GPO to set the default Sound Scheme to No sound.

CLASS USER
   CATEGORY “how to test”
        KEYNAME AppEvents\Schemes\Apps
            POLICY “volume Scheme"
            PART “No Sound”
                VALUENAME "Default"
                  VALUE .None
            END PART
            END POLICY
      END CATEGORY

Where am i going wrong?
