WCF Server/WPF Client with local database cache problem

I have two projects in my VS 2010 solution: a WPF client and a WCF service app.  I create a local database cache on the client app and the wizard comes up and asks for the Server Project Location and the WCF application isn't on the drop down list - only the client app.  Anyone know how to fix this?
