Compare folders

Hello,

I need to regularly compare two folders to find changes.
These folders have list of files and sub folders.
Is there any software. Which helps in comparing these folders ?
I am aware of diff commas in unix which can show differences , I am looking for something visual ifpossible.

Good for comparing files within two different folders.  Probably not so good if you've got subfolders as well.
