But this example is about how to encrypt in VB .net and send it to Java servlet. I want to do exact opposite. The string is already encrypted using Java Library and i want to decrypt in VB .net 1.1.

The string is encrypted using java libraries... with Encryption algorithm Rijndael provider Cryptix.
Using Character Encoding: UTF-8 and 128 bit AES Test Key. It can be easily decrypt in java using these parameters but i want to decrypt in VB .NET 1.1. As far as I know its just one decryption.

The java code to decript

String key = "secretkeytodecript";
String dataToDecrypt = "47FB303B47D3E0568148B71912A77C2D6CF6E2283BA47DC";
String encoding = "UTF-8";
String encAlgorithm = "Rijndael";
String encMode = "AES";
EncryptDecryptUtil decryptor = new EncryptDecryptUtil();
decryptor.setEncKey(key);
decryptor.setEncAlgorithm(encAlgorithm);
decryptor.setEncMode(encMode);

//configure it
decryptor.configure();

//run the Decryption
String decryptedData = decryptor.decrypt(dataToDecrypt, encoding);

Thanks for all the help here. I found the solution.
Converted java files to jar file and created dll out of it. Imported dll to .net project and now can use the same algorithm of java. Again thank you for looking at the problem
