exch 2010 snapshots

Whats the prefered method for taking exch2010 snapshots. Databases and logs will be on the same mirrored partitions. Which snapshot util works the best for this?

You cannot use a SAN snapshot utility or anything of that nature with the database being online.  The Snap wouldn't be application consistent anyway.
