How do I combine ADSL/WIMAX lines so that if 1 ADSL/WIMAX line is 4mbps then if I have 3 it should be output of 12mbps line as in many lines to give 1 massive line

Your ISP will have to support bonding them together.  Otherwise, the best you can do is get a multi-WAN router and have 3x4 Mbit lines that roughly load balance each other and offer a maximum download of 4 Mbit (but instead of having just one download at 4 Mb, you should get 3).
