Online Backup Solution for SBS 2003
I have a small company who are currently running a daily backup of their SBS using NTBackup to a file on a External Hard drive. The daily backup set is around 16GB in size.
At the minute they are dependant on staff remembering to take the external drive off site each day which doesn't always happen.
Can anyone recommend a good online backup solution. I have used Carbonite but I get the feeling that it would take for ever to upload a 16GB file and it may not complete this in 24 hours before the next days backup gets started.
I looked at Mozy pro but have a query on its pricing. Its .50p/GB. Is this the GB they would have on storage or the GB transferred. If they were uploading 16Gb a day this could turn out expensive.
They are using SBS's ntbackup to backup exchange and some public folders to a backup file. Am I approaching their backup in the right direction by then feeding their daily backup file to an online backup. Is there anything else I should be looking at?
