Dear All,

I’m facing a problem with Symantec Endpoint protection, there is a folder (attached) come very big, it’s contains a “tmp” files. It’s make the C: drive full.

I need your help to do some configuration in the server which delete that folder and not save them again in the client.

Thanks

what version of SEP are you running? It seems that you have an older version since this was a bug/issue with the older version. Please go through the link below and let us know if does not help

Title :Large amounts of temp files are being created in the xfer_tmp or 7.5/xfer folder and are being detected as threats.
