Error 0x80040119 in Outlook during synchronization

Sync errors in all vesions of outlook on EX2010. I have gone in and specified the OAB as default and made sure it is being used in the information store. There are no pst files. Tried various things including update, remaking a new address book and reupdating the schedule with no luck.

I only get a ssl error which I know about. It's working I just need to adjust the name of the cert for the new name of the array.
