Outlook 2010 Autocomplete not working

Outlook 2010 not keeping the Autocomplete list.  It builds it while I am in there but when I close out and go back in it is gone.  I have tried recreating the profile.  I have disabled Add-ins.  I close it and check Task Manger and the process is gone.  This is a brand new Windows 7 user.  There was never an nk2 file from a previous version of Office that I imported or anything.  I don't see any available updates for Office 2010 on this machine.  Anyone come across this?

I saw that.  I have used nk2view and nk2edit for years.  That doesn't seem like a solution as much as a utility to manipulate your existing data.  Either way...found the fix.  Very simple actually.  As most people know now there is no more nk2 file blah blah blah.  This was the fix.  Very simple.
