Nero multimedia Suite 10

My OS is win exp prof  version 2002 and I have Service pack  3 installed.   I tried to install the above Nero, but everytime it failed.  After the run, it says that the Wizard was interrupted and that the install failed.  Support suggested that I install the trial version, and that too gave me the same problem.  Then support said after the extraction, when it starts to install, cancel the installation, then go to the Nero directory and run the *.msi file.  But there is no Nero directory and no *. msi file.
See also 07/13/10 05:24 AM, ID: 33193012.  I followed that advice and then checked for versions of NET Framework but there were none, and then I ran the link as suggested below.

IMPORTANT: If you have installed previous pre-release versions of .NET Framework v2.0, such as Beta 1, Beta 2 or Community Technical Preview (CTP) builds, then you must uninstall these versions via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel before installing this final release version.

i installed the windows installer and then ran the last link, and it gave me
 the following error :
Error creating process C:\documents\test\local settings\temp\HP000\Temp\ionstall.exe
reason : \windows\system 32\ advpack.dll

Can someone please help to solve this problem.  Thanks.

Any other advise please.
