emails to users in a specific OU gettting stuck in local queue

I'm getting an odd issue whereby emails coming in to accounts contained in a specific Active Directory OU are getting stuck in the Exchange local delivery queue. Other emails addresses to accounts in a different OU are going through absolutely fine.
Outlook web access works correctly for all users, and no issues are reported with Outlook connecting to the mailboxes.
We did have an issue last week with this particular server overheating and shutting down, this has been repaired but I needed to run a repair on the exchange databases last week using eseutil. It's been doing this ever since. Can anyone cast light on what the issue may be? I'm thinking it's something to do with this particular OU, as everything else appears to be working correctly. Incidentally I've restarted all the exchange services and the IIS Admin service, and rebooted the server, still no joy. Help! Extremely urgent so 500 points up for grabs.
