there are 2 servers connected to 2 different 6500 switches. We would liek to give highest priority to UDP port 3343 for heartbeats between those 2 servers using QOS. Current configuration on one of the 6500

Policy Map xyz
    Class VIRUS
     police cir 32000 bc 8000
       conform-action transmit
       exceed-action drop
    Class class-default
      set ip dscp default

interface GigabitEthernet4/19
 description Server - Vlan 40
 switchport
 switchport access vlan 40
 switchport mode access
 logging event link-status
 load-interval 30
 no snmp trap link-status
 spanning-tree portfast
 spanning-tree bpduguard enable
 service-policy input xyz

this is the configuration I have come up with... what should be the assignment in the policy map??

conf t
ip access-list extended EXCHANGE2010
 permit udp host 10.1.x.x host 10.20.x.x eq 3343
 permit udp host 10.1.x.x host 10.60.x.x eq 3343
end

class-map EXCHANGE2010
  match access-group name EXCHANGE2010

policy-map HBK-QOS
  class EXCHANGE2010
    ????????????????????????
  class VIRUS
   police 32000 8000    conform-action transmit     exceed-action drop
  class class-default
   set ip dscp default
