How to fix a Printer showing Offline on Printer Server, when in fact I can ping it
Right now I have a printer (HP LaserJet 3055) showing Offline on the Server (Windows Server 2003).
I can ping the printer.
I can see the web interface of the printer.
I know the printer is online.
Yet when I print to it, the job just hold in the queue doing nothing.
I did Restart the Print Spooler service -> to no avail
I did try to disable SNMP on the printer port -> "An error occured during port configuration. Operation could not be completed"

I have seen this, I normally disable SNMP on the port. I see that you tried and got an error. Did it disable SNMP or not?
ASKER
It did not disable SNMP
