We have a major issue which effecting all users and massively affecting business productivity.
We have a Windows 2003 Small Business Server with CRM 4.0 on the same box. There is a separate SQL server running the database for the CRM system. There isn't a email router instead Outlook performs the routing for CRM.
Frequently when users send an email with "Track In CRM" enabled it can take up to a minute to send and the following error is produced.
Does anyone know what maybe causing this?
