What determines the maximum value of Form.SizeLimit?

I'm unable to set the SizeLimit property of my Form object to anything more than about 20 Megs (about 26214400).  Coworkers of mine working with the same web application have been saying they've been able to set it as high as 50Mb and some as high as 256Mb.

I get a server error when I set it any higher than the value of the above.

Why might this be?  Is there an IIS setting I'm overlooking somewhere?

Thanks

Here's a possible answer from another EE question: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Web_Servers/Microsoft_IIS/Q_22059565.html  There is also a link there to a Microsoft page about it and getting around the built-in limitations.

Thanks for the response.  I got sidetracked by the holiday and now by something else at work, my apologies for any inconvenience.  I will investigate this potential solution probably on Wednesday.

Thanks

I'm terribly sorry for this breach of Experts Exchange etiquette, but I must abandon this question.  I will accept your answer but I honestly did not and do not anticipate having a chance to investigate it.
