Migrate from Sharepoint Foundation Single server (SQL Express) to SQL Standard

Good day,

We would like to look at migrating from Sharepoint Foundation 2010 a Single server with a built-in SQL Express datase to a Single Sharepoint server using a SQL 2008 Standard server on a seperate server.

Is this supported? Also, can this Single Server be migrated to a multi server farm? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee805947.aspx

yes you can migrate to a multi server scenario.
you will need to use the content database migration strategy to migrate the content database from the existing server to the new server.

If you can provide me the details of the contents and custom components, I can probably specify the activities that needs to be performed in a detailed manner.

We have the following datbases on SQL Express 2008, running on the same server as Sharepoint Foundation;

SharePoint_Config_x
SharePoint_AdminContent_x
WSS_Search_servername
WSS_Content
WSS_Logging
Bdc_Service_DB_x

We want to get rid of this SQL Express server and migrate to a standalone SQL server.
