I’m setting up Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server 2008 R2. &nbsp;There will be about 50 users, but not all will be connecting at the same time. &nbsp;Do I have to buy 50 licenses even though maybe 1/3 will be logged in at one time?

I’m setting up Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server 2008 R2.  There will be about 50 users, but not all will be connecting at the same time.  Do I have to buy 50 licenses even though maybe 1/3 will be logged in at one time?
