iPhone 3g Sim Card Signal very low

I have jailbreak iPhone via pwnage tool.
My problem is that my sim card is showing very weak signal almost no signal so i can not contact anyone.
And my wifi is also not detecting.

Please help

it shouldn't happen but i am using jailbroken i did it via blackra1n. Can you please restore it to 3.1.3 and see if u notice any difference.
