Caching in ASp.Net with Enterprise library

Hi

I am implementing caching with enterprise library 5.0. and i have a scenario like i havae stored an object in cache  and say a user updates the object then i wanted the cache to be automatically updated with the new data.Please let me know how to achieve this.

I know the implementation part but was looking for auto updation of the cache
