Hi

I have just finished to installing a  Backup EXEC 11,Backup Exec is installed on a Domain controller (don't ask me why)
Now I need to delegate rights to a domaine user to manage Backup EXEC 11 I really just want to them to be able to run the Backup EXEC Management console from their PC, view the job logs, run jobs and run restore jobs....

You should just be able to add their user account to the local "Backup Operators" group. This would give them the rights they need, depending on how  your system is configured.
