Unable to replicate public folder to ADAM

Hi all,

I would like to replicate publicfolder to adam using adamsync but no result.
the error i have in log is:

This is most likely due to a permissioning issue. Skipping object.

it says permissions issue but i don't think because he can read public folder?

had a quick look at the xml file, had 2 questions
1. The target-dn doesn't look right
2. The object-filter doesn't look right
