Hello,
I am using Perl on wndows xp (5.12.2)
DBI module is installed and so is DBD::Oracle.
I use komodo as the IDE. The problem is that it looks like the system can not find the DBI Module.
Can some one please assist me with that?
Thank you

Looks like a problem with two Perl installations (second one is done by Oracle DB)

Can't load 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\perl\5.8.3\lib/MSWin32-x86-multi-thread/auto/IO/IO.dll' for module IO: load_file:The specified module could not be found at C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\perl\5.8.3\lib/MSWin32-x86-multi-thread/XSLoader.pm line 68.

Will investigate now the path.
