Hello,
I am using perl v 5.8.9 which i downloaded from active-state and want to use dbd::oracle .
I recieve error:

.install_driver(Oracle) failed: Can't load 'C:/Perl/lib/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.dll' for module DBD::Oracle: load_file:The specified module could not be found at C:/Perl/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 226.

Compilation failed in require at (eval 116)[C:/Perl/lib/DBI.pm:764] line 3.
Perhaps a required shared library or dll isn't installed where expected
 at C:\Perl\manager_env.pl line 35

I followed insructions on:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Scripting/Perl/Q_23145154.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+10+30+dbd+oracl+perl
but with not much success.
I really need help with that. Any advice will be really appreciated.

Thanks

Check these:

1. Is 'C:/Perl/lib/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.dll' present?

2. Is Oracle Call Interface DLL OCIW32.DLL in a directory in your PATH env variable?
