Pb windows to fit to screen

I have changed computer display setting and have made it 111% throug advance option of display setting.
Screen Area: 1024 x 768
Font Size: 111% (107 dpi)
All applications like excel , word, mozilla etc have fit themselves to screen accordingly but the pb windows are stretching out of windows.
Is it possible to made pb windows such that it fits to screen accordingly.
I can bear with scrolling the window towards right but from bottom it should not stretch out.

I have increased the font size by 11%.

as far as resolution setting is concerned it works. But I have changed the font pitch within the same resolution and it does not work.
