I am at a client with a quantum superloader 3 and when I try to put a tape into either the drive or the magazine, the mailslot spits the tape back out halfway through and says "missed tape".   the only troubleshooting step I took was powering off and powering on the autoloader.  Please let me know how to fix this.

Thanks

Make sure you have the right kind of media.  Tape cartridges are not all the same.

Actually I got this fix, what happened was the company that comes in and collects our tapes requires us to put labels on them and the labels made it too big so I had to remove the lid and manually push the tapes into the picker from the mailslot
