We have the following problem.<br />

Open a sharepoint calendar in outlook
</div>

Post an item to sharepoint calendar via outlook
</div>
<div class="bullet">
set a reminder for anything other than the default (i.e. default is 15 min for reminder, set the reminder to 1 day)
</div>

Save the calendar item
</div>
<div class="bullet">
Open the Calendar item, the reminder is reset to the default time of 15 minutes
</div>
<div class="bullet">
Change the reminder time back to 1 day and save again
</div>
<div class="bullet">
Open the event again and the reminder is now 1 day
</div>

Why do we need to save the event twice for the reminder to take? How to we fix this?<br />
