I need to get a PHP/jQuery events calendar.

PHP Back end should have a login where user can CRUD events
Event Name, Start DateTime, End DateTime, Title, Description, Link, Image

Front end
Calendar to show List, Daily, Weekly, Monthly views of events.
Mouse over event to show pop up with details.
Click on event to forward to Link.

I don't know of an "all in one" answer to your question, but you can create one:
http://www.newmediacampaigns.com/page/create-a-jquery-calendar-with-ajax-php-and-a-remote-data-source

This is among many other tutorials out there.

If you are using Joomla or something similar you should be able to find a suitable event calendar.  If you are not using Joomla or similar, you might want to look into it for this very reason.
