I need to get a PHP/jQuery banner ad manager.

PHP Back end should have a login where user can CRUD ads
Ad Name, Start DateTime, End DateTime, Title, Description, Link, Image

Front end
Randomly show Banner Ads on left/right side of site
Slide show of ads
Mouse over ads to show pop up with details.
Click on ads to forward to Link.
