Repair DNS on Active Directory Domain Controller

I just installed a new Active Directory Domain Controller and trasnfered the Active Directory from the old domain controller. I think I did something wrong and failed to transfer the DNS information to the new domain controller.

I have tons of errors in my DNS error log:

The DNS server encountered a packet addressed to itself on IP address 192.168.2.50. The packet is for the DNS name ".......

When my users login I dont think they are logging into the new server. If I type echo %logonserver% at the command prompt the old server still comes up as \\Server01 (that is my old server)

Help!!!!! How do I view the DNS Zones and How do I reinstall DNS and correct any problems?
