Does use of Sandbox (Avast Pro) adversely affect programs. Should it be used all the time with Browsers? Is browsing slowed?

Using Sandbox should not adversely affect programs.  Below is a link to the FAQ for Sandboxie another Sandbox program.

Basically it really cant hurt to run your browser in a sandbox.  that way, if you download anything malicious it will not affect your computer.  I dont see much slowdown when using a browser in Sandboxie.  However your best bet is to give it a try for yourself.
