I have worked with CRT monitors for years as well. &nbsp;You are correct in that fact and I think you are wise in your suggestion as well. &nbsp;I think I will take it in and let someone who knows these things inside and out take a look.<br />

I ahve a Phillips tv that will not power on. &nbsp;It got wet and I suspect a fuse has blown. &nbsp;I cant seem to find a manual anywhere.<br />
