IE downoad more than 6 download sessions

Hi,
 I have IE 8,When I press to download In the INTRANET I can do it for 6 sessions only

 How do I set the IE 8 to download more than 6 in parallel

the problem when I close the session, i cannot replace it with other one

any idea for that ?

Your intranet server is IIS 5/6/7 ..? look on the intranet server if you have some error in event viewer?
How many time you must wait before reopen a new session?
What error is displayed in IE?
If you use another browser same problem?
