You can forward emails to another if you use exchange 2007/2010.

open the properties of the mailbox then delivery options tab.

Note: you can select whether you want to forward emails to both accounts or only to the forwarded mailbox

"i dont want my account to be the system administrator account and to recieve all the errors."

Which errors ? do you means MOM alerts or SCOM alerts ? then you need to modify these alerts settings to send to another account.
