My old server is using the results as the given below and i will transfer it to my new server but i have 2 option infront of me

Firstly my old servers properties :

New server 1 :

2 * Dual-Core Intel Xeon 2.8 GHz Processor with 4 MB L2 cache.

You will cut your processor cache memory by 1/3 using server1
Note that you may face big difference if you migrate to server 1, because you will reduce from 12mb of cache to 4m.
It's like comparing a regular intel processor with a celeron which is nothing but a regular intel but with reduced cache version.
Keep in mind that processor cache is the fastest memory ever, and the more expensive memory ever as well.

Cheers 3XLcom:
At normal times, the server 1 will easily handle your current load.
You must concern only about the peak times.
I'm always here if you need
