Exchange 2010 import-Mailbox cmdlet missing

I have installed a new domain, new O/S (WIndows Server 2008 R2 x64) and new Exchange Server 2010 (SP1).

I have some old exmerged PSTs to import, but I can't get the command to work.

I know I have to change the ManagementRoleAssignment and I have done this.

But - the command is still unavailble.  What am I missing??

Screenshot included to show (logged on as Administrator) that Role is assigned, but CMDLET not being recognised.  All help gratefully received.

in exchange 2010 SP1 the commands are new-mailboximportrequest and new-mailboxexportrequest
