Hi,

Using Exchange 2010.

My outlook anywhere isn't working at all.

When I use: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/Default.aspx

It doesn't even find the exchange server. Thats probably due to autodiscover not setup in DNS.

But should a SSL cert be installed prior to enabling this?

Thanks

Autodiscover requires you to setup an A record in your Domains DNS with the name autodiscover which points to your server's IP Address:

Hostname     Type     Result
autodiscover    A         Your IP Address

That should allow everything to work for Autodiscover.
