remove exchange 2003 server from exchange 2007 organization

Dear all
        we have a lots of exchange2003 and exchange2007 server in company, i have migratied all mailbox from one exchange2003 server to exchange2007 server, now i want to remove this exchange2003 server from our organization, what best step to do this? i have remove all SMTP connector to this exchange2003 server. how to remove routing group connector to this exchange2003 server? how to check if i need to remove public folder repliection with this exchange2003 server? thank in advance.
