P2V CCM 4.3 (W2k3) - problem w/boot

I've been trying to convert my Cisco Call Manager (CCM 4.3, W2k3) many times with the same result:
- Conversion complete, boot up VM, it loads, asks me to enter username and password and as soon as I do it tells me that Windows must be activated before I can continue.
I click OK, and black Command Prompt windows appears with the path on the top: C:\ImgCustTemp\deploypkg.exe. That's it. Once I let it sit for hours - nothing happens.
