I have this customer's computer with this problem: When trying to open (left click) documents or just an icon from desktop it was showing a window :Delete Folder  ..Are you sure you want to move this folder to the recycle bin?  .Yes Not?  I scanned for viruses , It found couple trojans, malware etc. I was not satisfied with windows performance after removing those treaths, even the "delete" problem still showing. I decided to use factory restore option. I restored to factory default settings. I don't understand , the problem of "delete folder' still showing. I need help on this issue. Thank you.

Hello amateusn,

I have tried to format the pc, twice. I did reinstall the windows and the problem still the same. Now, I did my homework. I replaced the memory, use a new hard drive nad the problem still happennig. Now I WAS PAYING ATTENTION on the hardware and I noticed that when the problem happened  I PRESSED the ESC key  and problem was not there . To make this story short , the problem went away by removing the keyboard. I attached a USB Keyboard , reinstall windows, smoothly done and so far the windows is behaving. I ordered a new keyboard and I will post what happen then. Thank you for your help and I will keep posted.

So the hole was much deeper than I thought. It's very rare a keyboard issue like that, but it's good to learn that we never can discard something. Thank you for keeping posting.

Keyboard is not a part that usually makes conflicts on windows but in this case the whole problem was the keyboard. New keyboard placed and the problem is gone
