Hello Experts.

Can someone please tell me what the correct "Log on as" account is to be used for the following SharePoint services?

My install was modified and I do not recall the correct account, whether it is Local System, or Network Service, or the domain account.

Service Log On As?:
- SharePoint 2010 Administration
- Sharepoint 2010 Timer
- Sharepoint 2010 User Code Host
- SharePoint Server Search 14
- Web Analytics Services

Thanks very much!
- Joe

There is no right answer, it's whatever you want to set them to.

The Timer, User Code  services should be running as the same ID as the Central Admin app pool is running as, which should be the Farm Admin (db access) account.

Admin service can run as local host.

Search and Web Analytics should be domain accounts.
