Hi Guys I Have SBS2008 R2 stuck on Applying Computer Settings after a reboot.

Clients on the network can logon and access applications and shared folders on the Server with no issues.
Outlook on the clients will not connect to exchange,

I cannot RDP or logon locally to server "Applying Computer Settings" is on screen.

Restarted into Safe mode with networking and was not able to login "Network Service has not started"

Any Suggestions appreciated.
