Hi All

I am trying to migrate print server from Windows 2000 to Windows 2008 R2 STD, I have managed to do this, and however I had come across an issue with FAX driver of this printer HP Color LaserJet CM3530FS Multifunction Printer, this printer is currently setup to do FAXING on windows 2000 and uses HP MFP Send FAX driver.

I have looked everywhere for the driver and I cannot locate it and I cannot believe it either as the printer driver I have found and installed and printer is printing fine but NO FAXING yet! The closest I got was to this link which if I try to download the drivers it says the link broken!! See below, also i have contacted HP but no use 4 different Departments

Also this link is not correct driver as I have tried it

I need to find both the 64bit and 32bit driver for this printer so that I can install it and move on.

Thanks in advance

Looks like you need to order a new CD.  This link will get you to where you can register with HP and get the software.

Hi Mark

Thanks for your reply but thislink is exactly same as one i had provided above and i have downloaded the demo version of it and it almost corrupted the whole OS (Windows 2008R2) and was not 64bit as it claims to be but the more issue is that CD has the client side software BUT I only need the drivers, and not the other bundle of software that comes with it, check the image i have attached to see what i mean. I does not give you option to choose driver only when installing, wierd one!

Thanks

Most multifunction systems work that way.  From where did you buy the printer?  Do you have a support contract on it?  If so you should be able to get help from that avenue.
