Printing Outlook Inbox

Hi Guys/Gals,

I need to know if it is possible to print a list of all the email in your inbox. I dont want to print the emails them selves, but rather the from, subject adn recieved... I know you can export, but this is a bit messy for users. One of our managers asked if they can print a list of the emails in their outlook inbox.

is there a neat view to print the message headers? (Hope I termed that right)

We have exchange 2007 and MSoffice Outlook 2007

Thanks

AJ

Not as far as I know, exporting is the only way. However, you can write a macro to have it auto-export to a file, and open the file and create a new printer object and build the page with simple code, then send it to the printer.

Look into the Printer object of Excel Macros / VB

You can save any headers using this free tool to a text file:
http://www.outlookfreeware.com/en/products/all/OutlookHeadersSave/

After that you can easily print it.
