Not as far as I know, exporting is the only way. However, you can write a macro to have it auto-export to a file, and open the file and create a new printer object and build the page with simple code, then send it to the printer.<br />

I need to know if it is possible to print a list of all the email in your inbox. I dont want to print the emails them selves, but rather the from, subject adn recieved... I know you can export, but this is a bit messy for users. One of our managers asked if they can print a list of the emails in their outlook inbox. <br />

is there a neat view to print the message headers? (Hope I termed that right)<br />
