BPA for Windows 2003 64 Server?

It would be great if MS had a best practice anayzer for my Windows 2003 64 bit server but I could'nt find one. I there a free tool to download to help me figure out why my server is slower?  When I click My Computer or Disk Management to see my drives it takes forever.

Will the Small Business Server BPA run on your server? http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;940439 .  If so, you can obviously ignore comments about roles that are not installed.
