I would like to "consolidate" my outlook contacts
At the moment i have a public folder with all my contacts in (3,500 approx). I have them in a public folder so all my employees can view them and add new ones (10 employees).
I have an iPhone and would like those contacts synced to it, but i dont think the iPhone can sync contacts from an exchange account that reside in a public folder.
What i have at the moment is a "copy" of the contacts from the public folder in my default "contacts" section in Outlook so they sync with my phone. The problem is when one of my employees puts a new contact in the public folder as instructed they will not appear in the default contacts section of my account.
We are a marketing and event management company. Contacts are very important.
