BEST MODEM/ROUTER OR MODEM TO BUY

Im looking for some advice on the following:

- Phone line - Cheapest, best & affordable
- ISP - Cheapest, best & affordable, Recommended provider

What I wish to use:

Voip, wireless connections, run all functionality of windows 2003/2008, aswell as all dns functionality for Exchange 2003, vpn, & wireless 802.11n b g etc

My hardware I have, so im assuming in order to use this equipment it will be an ADSL connection?

2500 routers
2611
3600
2912 switch

BT seems a possible option for phone line only

Plus.net - ISP - as a possible

2 possible modems/routers below:

Belkin 802.11n
4 ports
dynamic/fixed IP Address
300mbp speed
40 hz
all type wep & wpa2
pptp
ipsec
vpn
adsl
voip - not sure if this router provides this
The box showed other stuff but the above was the main things seen

or

Looks preferable:
Netgear 802.11n g - Not sure if this type provides more as box did not show
voip
all wep wpa2
300mbp speed
4 port

Can anyone narrow it down for me?

Hi julian,  oh yes i forgot about QOS thanks for reminding me.  i will look on the internet for the functionality of 2841 router & Aironet WLAN.  Unless you have an ideal site for me to look at.....

Dont forget all I wish to do is confirm I can do the job practically at home before offering to businesses.

Virgins fibre broadband will keep a note of this & Voipbuster although never heard of this but will look.

As im currently not working with zero funds this is why im asking specific questions..
Although it is good to receive an answer specific to some hardware.

No not really as always after getting limited advice it can sometimes turn into a somewhat waste of time although yes further knowledge & experience is yes gained!!
