HI

I cant connect to VMWARE ESXI via VSHPER, getting the below error,
i tried to reset the password but didnt help

This is because you need to have either a newer vSphere Client, or uninstall a Microsoft Update:

Install a newer client or simply uninstall MS Update #980773.
