is there anyway to delete the Journal mailbox content automatically i.e. only last 1 month mails should retain.
We have journal mailbox in exchange 2007, the size of this mailbox increase gradually so can we apply any rules so only last 30 days mail remain there, Plz suggest the way how to do this?

Because you are on Exchange 2007, you should be able to set the Inbox of your Journaling mailbox to be a Managed folder.  You can then create a rule to delete messages older than XX number of days.  I would suggest reading this article and its sub-articles for more information:

Nitin,

I am not sure I understand your question.  Groups don't have mailboxes, only users do.
